As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a strategic role in the marketing department and be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing its digital marketing infrastructure. In this role, you will plan, develop, implement, and analyze the overall digital marketing strategy with the goal of achieving company growth by acquiring and activating more high-value prospective leads.



Responsibilities:



Develop, integrate, and continually improve all aspects of the digital marketing infrastructure of the company, including website, lead-sales funnel, social media, SEO/SEM, advertising, etc

Build and optimize integrated lead-to-sales funnels across all platforms from ideation through execution and analysis

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Evaluate and report performance metrics of all digital marketing assets and campaigns, while assessing against KPIs and providing suggestions for improvement

Collaborate and manage agencies and other vendors

Manage marketing database

Other duties as assigned.





Qualifications:



7-9 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

2-3 years experience working in the SaaS field

Experience implementing, integrating, and managing CMS and CRM platforms (i.e. Wordpress, Hubspot)

Proven track record with SEO/SEM, Google analytics, and website optimization (i.e. SEMRush, Hotjar)

Experience with online advertising, such as Google ads, PPC campaigns, and retargeting (i.e. Retargeter)

Experience in optimizing user funnels (i.e. Hubspot, Leadfeeder, etc.)

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Strong project management skills

Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Self-motivated, fast learner, and multi-tasker

Expert interpersonal skills and team player





Work Environment:



Office Setting, primarily in cubicles

Moderate to high noise levels (i.e. business office with computers, phone, printers, moderate traffic)

Ability to sit or stand (standing desk provide upon request) at a computer terminal for an extended period





Physical Demands:



While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate (talk/sign/type/write) and operate a computer, telephone (or alternative), keyboard (or typing device), etc.

Regular, predictable attendance is required

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.

This is a salaried exempt position, M-F, with additional weekend work as required.



Salary Range: $74,000.00-$86,000.00/annually



Travel: 5%

This position is based in Boulder, CO.
