This niche environmental software house has over 30 years' experience. The software is used by anyone who is involved in the design, analysis and planning of everything including property developments, roads, airports, towns and cities.

Upon joining the Engineering Services Team, you will work on a wide variety of real-life projects from day one. You will provide technical support, be involved with product testing and visit client sites from time to time, with potential for international travel in the future.
You will become an expert in the the company's software products, as well as IT infrastructure, networking and engineering principles. You do not need lots of experience. Instead, it is important to show your interest in IT and your ability to learn.
The company has been recruiting at a graduate level for many years and understands the level of training required. As such, several training days take place every month.

Responsibilities

Providing first and second line technical support to clients

Testing software

Data and problem analysis

Helping clients to implement and install the software

Training clients to use the products

Producing technical documentation

2.1 level or above in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering or related

Interest in IT

Confident communicator

Analytical mindset

Networking knowledge

Experience with SQL or similar database experience
