Their success has developed from their engineering excellence, process expertise and their quality after sales support that extends to their worldwide customer base.
The Role
This is a perfect opportunity for any engineer interested in pursuing a varied, practical career moving towards chartered status.
It is a well structured, two year training and development engineering programme that will really focus on your development and give you a fantastic range of experiences unlike many others. They will support you towards becoming chartered, give you a mentor, as well as providing excellent training in a huge facility where machinery is researched, developed, tested, designed and built on site.
You will be based in the technical team at the company head office in Peterborough. You will become a vital member of the team seeing your designs for new and existing machinery and equipment being developed. You will follow your projects through from start to finish and experience all aspects of this including manufacturing, testing, installation and commissioning. You will work closely with other departments to provide specific designs on budget and to exact requirements.
There is the opportunity to travel internationally in this position and to progress towards management.
Requirements

A passion for engineering!
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or very closely related, minimum grade 2:1 or equivalent.
Excellent CAD skills
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong presentation skills.
